How we handle your data

This page explains what personal data DRT Creation processes when you visit this site or contact us, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

DRT Creation, a website, app and e-commerce studio in Brussels, Belgium. For any request about your data, contact us on WhatsApp at +32 470 83 51 86 or on Instagram at @drtcreation.

What this site collects

This site has no forms, uses no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Nothing you do here is stored in your browser.

As with any website, the hosting provider logs technical data for each visit (IP address, browser and requested page) to run the service and protect it from abuse. These logs are deleted automatically by the provider.

The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. To do this, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, we use your name, number or profile and the content of the conversation only to reply and, where relevant, to prepare and carry out your project. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

These conversations also go through Meta’s services (WhatsApp and Instagram), which process data under their own policies.

We keep conversations for as long as the contact or project lasts, and after that only for as long as legal and accounting obligations require. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

• Know what data we hold about you and receive a copy.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Ask for your data to be erased.
• Object to processing or ask for it to be restricted.

If you believe your data was not handled correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: dataprotectionauthority.be.
